  • Return or Exchange for any item within 30 day
  • We ship all orders from Melbourne, Australia, using signature required tracking service via Australia Post postal services.
  • Delivery Safety - All orders require a signature on delivery by the recipient. To ensure your order is delivered safely, we will not send using Safe Drop or Authority To Leave options. If you are not home, you will receive a card in your letterbox, with a nearby pick up address and can use the card and your ID to pick up the order.
  • Once you have placed your order, you will instantly receive an email confirming the transaction, please check all information is correct and notify if any changes need to be made within 12hrs.
  • Once we have shipped your order, Australia Post will email you with tracking details, which will allow you to track your order every step of the way. Track your Australia Post delivery here


    Returns & Exchanges 

    • Australia - 30 day returns for credit or exchange. 
    • Returns - Goods must be returned, using secure shipping method and a refund will be made, on receipt of goods
    • Exchange - Goods must be returned, using secure shipping method and a new product will be shipped out free of charge.
    • Goods can be exchanged for any other item from the store. If the price is lower than the original cost, a 1 year store credit will be issued. 
    • Goods must be in the original unused, undamaged, resellable condition and include all tags and packaging. Good that do not comply, will be returned to the customer at their own cost.
    • Refunds are not issued for change of mind
    • Please email with your order number and details of the exchange details of new style, colour and size. You will receive paperwork and delivery details and instructions.
    • Please ensure you use a trusted postal or courier service with tracking to return your goods.

    Faulty Products

    Please email us at with your order number and a description of the fault and we will be in touch with next steps.

    We will endeavour to repair the item, before we exchange or the refund the goods, as per Australian ACCC laws. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

      Order Cancellation

      We reserve the right to accept or reject an order for any reason, including due to unavailability of product, an error in the price, image or the product description, error in your order or inability to adequately verify the purchaser details.
